| Developing Applications with VBA | I wrote a number of VBA script within Excel mainly for the City of Carmiel. The most complex and successful was a cash-flow routine. |
| Inception and Deployment of EIS | For the City of Carmiel I first installed a Peer to Peer network. On this infrastructre I installed ccMail for internal communication. I composed a number of scripts allowing the treasurer to access information on various distributed comupters. |
